Configure Device

Connect to read the real WiFi SSID (generated from MAC) and current settings.

Click Connect to Device above.
Do not hold BOOT — that puts the device in flash mode, where it can't reply.

Raw device output (debug) Shows the live, unfiltered text the device sends over the serial link. Useful for troubleshooting connection or firmware issues — leave it off for normal use.

Important Security Recommendation

Default password is pls12345 on both WiFi and Bluetooth. Please change it to a strong unique password before using the device in the field.

Connecting to Your Device

How to reach the chat interface hosted on your device.

1 Power on your PLSChat device and wait about 10 seconds for it to start broadcasting WiFi.
2 On your phone or laptop, connect to the WiFi network PLSChat-XXXX (the last 4 characters come from your device's MAC — read it above with Connect to Device). Default password is pls12345 — for security, change both the WiFi and Bluetooth passwords before using the device in the field.
3 Open a browser and go to http://192.168.4.1
4 Choose the device's web UI password when prompted — this is what you'll use to unlock the chat interface from now on.

Your phone or laptop may warn "No internet connection" while joined to this network — that's expected. The device works fully offline, so stay connected to it rather than switching back to your normal WiFi.
